1. The limit is out of order, and both ends of the belt are limited. When the belt is shaken and fails to move to the side, the limit switch is touched, the belt is loosened, and the main motor is actively continuous, which can be used to protect the belt. Once the limit is broken, it can cause damage to the belt, and the friction frame will cause Mars and even cause a fire. Therefore, the limit switch should always check whether the action is secure.

2. Abrasive belt deviation, generally caused by improper adjustment, the normal belt shake should be 15-20mm swing, swing frequency is 15-20 beats / min, the swing speed is moderate and the swing speed is together. If it is in an abnormal situation, it may be biased for a long time, especially if the swinging speed is not together, which may cause abnormal shutdown; the photoelectric switch is damaged, the solenoid valve is damaged, and the cylinder is damaged. Vacuuming is not safe, high dust concentration will affect the normal operation of the photoelectric tube, and also cause the belt to run off; the damaged parts should be replaced in time to improve the dust removal effect.

3. The belt wrinkles and the belt can not be used once it is wrinkled. Generally, there are three kinds of belt wrinkles. Perhaps the sand roller and the tension roller are worn, the grinding is wanted, the roller is modified, and the sand belt is soft and recommended to wrinkle. It can be dried and dried, etc.; the sanding machine does not use the surface of the sanding roller for a long time to rust and rough, and the sanding belt is difficult to shake, suggesting that the roller should be rusted or polished with fine sandpaper.

4. The board is deflected, slipped, rebounded, and the adjustment of the sander is required to adjust the upper roller back pressure spring to two-thirds (one third of the remaining). The distance between the upper conveying roller and the lower conveying roller should be The thickness of the passed slab is less than 1.5mm or 1mm, otherwise it will cause the slab to run off or slip. When it is severe, it will cause a rebound, which may hurt personal safety.

5. The cracking of the belt and the cracking of the belt are mainly caused by the deviation of the belt, or the bluntness of the belt is not replaced in time, or the sanding load is too large, or the hard object in the sanding process, or the quality problem of the belt itself. The belt should be cracked as much as possible, otherwise it may cause a fire. When the current is abnormal, you should check whether the belt has been blunt, and if it is, it should be replaced in time.

6. After the replacement of the abrasive belt, the specification of the sanding board is changed, and the cantilever of the sanding machine is not determined to be large when the locking block is loosened or locked, and the normal position should be within 0.5 mm. If it is too large, when the locking block locks the cantilever, the difference in the locking force will make the repeating accuracy of the cantilever different, causing the sanding plate specification to be unresolute, directly affecting the sanding precision of the profiled sander. When the cantilever negligence is too large (over 0.5mm), the locking block fixing bolts should be unscrewed and properly adjusted. When replacing the abrasive belts, the locking blocks should be locked together.

7. The main bearing housing oscillates abnormally. Under normal conditions, the main bearing housing oscillates very little. The experienced operator can judge whether it is normal or not. There is no condition to measure with the instrument at the scene, but it can be judged by comparison with other bearing housings. It can also be good from the appearance of the sanding plate. Bad to judge. When the bearing housing oscillation is abnormal, it can be considered that there are two reasons. One is that the bearing is damaged, and only the bearing needs to be replaced. The second is that the touch roller is worn out, the garden is lost, the original dynamic balance is damaged, and the oscillation is abnormal. It is necessary to remove the sand roller for repair

8. When the empty conveyor is intermittently rolling or not rotating and working, it is generally not possible to check the above conditions. It is only found when the vehicle is empty. The reason is that the worm wheel is partially worn or completely worn during the worm gear transmission. Although it will not affect the operation, other worm gears will shorten the lifespan due to the increased workload and constitute a greater loss. Therefore, if this condition is found, it should be replaced immediately.
