The main structure
1. Workbench part: Under the action of the cylinder, the workpiece is pushed into the polishing wheel for polishing. After the workpiece is polished, it is sent out, and the auxiliary motor drives the workpiece to rotate.
2. Electronic control part: PLC control, control the start and stop of the whole machine through buttons or foot switch (with automatic and manual functions), the polishing time can be adjusted on the display screen in the electric box.
3. Fixture part: Clamp or loosen the workpiece. Pulling the ejector pin through the cylinder causes the collet to open and clamp the workpiece, and pushing the ejector pin releases the workpiece (or sucks and releases the workpiece by vacuum suction).
4. Wax part: Install solid wax, set the number and frequency of waxing by stepping motor, and move the solid wax up and down through the cylinder to make the solid wax grind evenly.
5. Body part: used to support the polishing wheel set, the protective cover and the main motor installation.
6. Wheelset part: The polishing wheel shaft is driven by the motor, the hemp wheel or cloth wheel is installed at the shaft end, and the thousand impeller and nylon wheel can also be installed. After the polishing wheel is worn, the carriage under the column can be adjusted and compensated. The grinding head on the side can be set to stop or move up and down. The grinding head of the throwing plane can be set to stop or move left and right.
7. Shield part: Prevent splashing objects from flying out during the polishing process and injuring people.
