work process
Place the workpiece, press the foot switch, the grinding head advances rapidly, descends to the set position, the grinding head rotates, the workpiece is sucked and rotated, and the cylinder is moved forward to approach the grinding head to start polishing and reach the set time. The workpiece returns to the origin under the action of the cylinder and stops rotating. When the foot switch is pressed, the workpiece is blown out; when the foot switch is pressed, the workpiece is sucked and rotated, and the cylinder is moved forward to approach the grinding head to start polishing. 4. Scope of application: Applicable to the outer surface round polishing of circular workpieces below φ150mm
The main structure
1: Body part: used to support the polishing wheel set, electric box and main motor installation.
2: Wheel part: the polishing wheel shaft is driven by the motor, the hemp wheel or the cloth wheel is installed at the shaft end, the thousand impeller and the nylon wheel can also be installed, and the circular arc groove screw on the vertical plate can be loosened to tilt the side wheel set to The required angle; loosen the screw on the arc groove at the bottom of the motor to tilt the throwing end wheel section to the desired angle.
3: Shield part: protection rail, ball screw and servo motor.
4: Workbench part: The auxiliary motor drives the workpiece to rotate. Under the action of the cylinder, the workpiece is pushed into the polishing wheel for polishing. After the workpiece is polished, it is sent out.
5: Electronic control part: Use the PLC control system to control the start and stop of the whole machine through buttons (with automatic and manual functions), the polishing time can be adjusted on the display in the electric box.
6: Clamp section: Clamp or loosen the workpiece. The compressed air draws the workpiece onto the fixture through a vacuum generator or blows the workpiece out of the fixture.
7: Compensation part: After the polishing wheel is worn, adjust the amount of movement of the servo motor on the display screen of the electric box to make the polishing wheel close to the workpiece.
