The main structure
1: Body part: used to support the polishing wheel set, work table and electric box.
2: Wheel part: The grinding wheel shaft is driven by the motor, the hemp wheel or cloth wheel is installed at the shaft end, and the thousand impeller and nylon wheel can also be installed.
3: Adjustment section: Adjust the angle when polishing straight or cone (figure).
4: Shield part: Prevents splashing objects from flying out during the polishing process and injuring people.
5: Workbench part: Under the action of the cylinder, the workpiece is pushed into the polishing wheel for polishing. After the workpiece is polished, it is sent out, and the auxiliary motor drives the workpiece to rotate.
6: Electronic control part: PLC control, control the start and stop of the whole machine through the button or foot switch, the polishing time can be adjusted on the text outside the electric box.
7: Clamp section: Support the workpiece and clamp or loosen the workpiece.
8: Spraying part: Compressed air, the wax is sprayed from the wax barrel through the wax tube and the wax gun, and the time is adjusted in the electric box.
