Scope of application: Applicable to the outer circle drawing and polishing of circular and conical workpieces below φ200mm×120mm. The working principle: adjust the angle of the grinding head according to the angle of the outer circle of the workpiece (cylindrical is 90°) and the position of the grinding head and the workpiece. Press the switch, the clamp automatically picks up the workpiece and then rotates the workpiece. The table automatically feeds to the position of the polishing head. After polishing for a few seconds (the polishing time is adjustable), it automatically exits, stops the workpiece rotation, and automatically releases the workpiece.
PC1-1 structure
It consists of three parts: the base part, the workpiece part and the polishing wheel set.
1 base part - mainly used to support the workpiece part, polishing wheel set and other components;
2 workpiece part - in this part, the sliding seat is moved forward and backward through the cylinder, the workpiece mounting fixture sucks the workpiece by vacuuming, and the reducer is used to drive the workpiece to rotate;
3 Polishing wheel set - there is a set of outer round polishing wheel sets; the main motor drives the polishing wheel shaft to polish the workpiece, and the outer round polishing machine is equipped with the vertical direction of the hand movement, the left and right direction adjustment and the rotation axis on the outer circular polishing wheel set. Adjust the structure of the polishing wheel angle for the center.
Electric box:
The PLC control system can adjust the length of the polishing time and the manual adjustment operation on the text panel.
