The main structure
1: Body part: used to support the polishing wheel set, the protective cover and the main motor installation.
2: Wheel part: The polishing wheel shaft is driven by the motor, the hemp wheel or cloth wheel is installed at the shaft end, and the thousand impeller and nylon wheel can also be installed. The screw can be loosened to the required angle.
3: Shield part: Prevents splashing objects from flying out during the polishing process and injuring people.
4: Workbench part: The auxiliary motor drives the workpiece to rotate. Under the action of the cylinder, the workpiece is pushed into the polishing wheel for polishing. After the workpiece is polished, it is sent out.
5: Electronic control part: Use the PLC control system to control the start and stop of the whole machine through buttons (with automatic and manual functions), the polishing time can be adjusted on the display in the electric box.
6: Clamp section: Clamp or loosen the workpiece. The compressed air draws the workpiece onto the fixture through a vacuum generator or blows the workpiece out of the fixture.
7: Compensation part: After the polishing wheel is worn, use a wrench to shake the carriage so that the polishing wheel is close to the workpiece.
8: Vacuum hood part: You can choose to install the vacuum hood.
